Frequently asked questions

How much does your training cost?

We base our pricing and programs off the individual dog, to get pricing we need to do an evaluation on your dog first, and at the end of the evaluation we will give you exact pricing for accomplishing your goals. We do this since all dogs learn and train at different levels. We want to offer the absolute best custom service to reach your goals

We accept credit cards, cash, or check as payment. We do not offer payment plans.

We do offer Law Enforcement and Military Discounts

What are your hours of operation?

We take evaluations and lessons Monday - Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm and we are closed Sunday (Private lessons may be done on Sunday at the trainers discretion)

Phones and Emails are answered Monday - Friday and screened Saturday & Sunday.

If you call during business hours or even outside of business hours and do not get an answer please leave a voicemail so we can return your call. If it is an emergency we will return your call asap, if it is outside of business hours and an inquiry you can expect a call back within 48hrs (Monday-Friday)

What are the first steps to training?

Our first step to training always begins with a free one on one evaluation. This evaluation is done so we can meet you and your dog, find out your goals for your dog, evaluate your dog's temperament, and give you accurate pricing for training. Where the evaluation will be held is determined by where you live!
